Dr. Cutler Graduated from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine in 1984. In 1986, he completed an internal medicine training at the Medical Center of Delaware. In 1988, he completed his proctology residency at Union Hospital in New Jersey.

Dr. Cutler is board-certified in proctology and family practice. He has been an active member, including past district president, of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He is also a past president and a fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Proctology.

Dr. Cutler has been married for fifteen years and has three boys. He enjoys water sports, music, skiing, and martial arts.
